Sotheby’s extends brand into Turks and Caicos

Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates has extended its footprint into Turks and Caicos by awarding the master franchise rights for the Sotheby’s International Realty brand to Turks & Caicos Realty in the islands that are situated about 575 miles southeast of Miami.

Turks & Caicos Realty previously marketed only selected properties under the Sotheby’s International Realty brand. The firm, based in Providenciales, will change its business name to TCR Sotheby’s International Realty.

TCR Sotheby’s International Realty specializes in finer homes and waterfront estates throughout Turks and Caicos, focusing on waterfront estates, private island properties and homes located in highly desired communities and areas.

TCR Sotheby’s International Realty becomes the latest company to become an international master franchise holder for the Sotheby’s International Realty brand. Similar agreements have recently been signed with firms based in Anguilla, The Bahamas, Canada, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic and the United Arab Emirates. The Sotheby’s International Realty network also has offices in England, France, Monaco and South Africa.
