Panel or session at Connect: NYC Real Estate: The Real Story.

What lesson did you learn in the last year?

This past year I learned not to be afraid of change, both professionally and personally. If you are positive, you can only grow to be better.

Who is your hero?

My first mentor, a talented professional from the finance industry who gave me the encouragement to chase after my dreams. He guided me as I began my real estate career and taught me to put blinders on so that I did not get distracted by looking back or by looking ahead.

What would your second career choice be after real estate?

Real estate is actually my third career so far, so my fourth career choice would be to be a soap opera star.

Which daily newspaper do you read and which section do you read first?

I read 20 newspapers every day and I always start with the business section, then real estate, followed by style.
