Real estate tech co. offers search-engine placement tools

Z57 Inc., a company that provides marketing, lead generation and Web site design services for the real estate industry, today announced that it has incorporated new tools to help boost companies’ placement in search-engine results.

Z57 has forged an agreement with Coracle Inc., which built a proprietary Internet Search System that “helps put its subscribers on the first-page search results for many major search engines,” according to the announcement. “Because over 77 percent of people purchasing a home in 2005 utilized the Internet, search-engine recognition is important to real estate professionals.”

Tim Johnson, executive vice president at Z57, said the agreement “will enhance our customers’ ability to be found when people are looking to buy in their neighborhoods.”

Coracle will power the system for all Z57 subscribers, and Z57 will directly provide customer service and sale and support services for the new tools.

Richard L. Winch, Coracle CEO and president, stated, “We are very happy to enter into a strategic relationship with (Z57). This alliance means many real estate professionals who may have never learned about ISS will now be … serviced through Z57’s … marketing network. Everyone involved wins on this arrangement.”

Z57 Inc. is headquartered in San Diego where it maintains four offices and provides a wide variety of Internet solutions to thousands of real estate professionals. Coracle Inc. is headquartered in Springfield, Ore., and has offices in Newport Beach and Walnut Creek, Calif. Coracle provides its ISS system to other industries, too, including hospitality, automotive, general business, and mortgage companies.
