Maryland warehouse, retail portfolio sold

Transwestern Commercial Services recently announced it represented CDT Associates LTD Partnership and Randolph Associates LTD Partnership in the sale of the Randolph and Montrose Warehouse and Retail Centers in Rockville, Md.

The value of the transaction was $50 million.

Rockville-based Washington Real Estate Investment Trust purchased the 227,000-square-foot, 10-acre retail portfolio.

Originally developed in the 1970s, the shopping centers were anchored at the time of sale by national chains Staples and Gold’s Gym, and include a diverse range of local retailers and warehouse suites.
