A new Web portal offers consumers a place to search for new construction properties, builders, models and communities, according to an announcement from Real Living.
Residential real estate firm Real Living is partnering with home builders to launch the new construction portal at RealLiving.com. Consumers will find overviews, photos and specifications on homes they’re interested in, such as: number of bedrooms and baths, square footage, starting price, model images, floor plans, school districts and virtual tours.
The new construction portal is linked to MyRealLiving 2.0, Real Living’s consumer extranet, which allows users to organize, personalize, save and share information.
Real Living is based in the Midwest and has nearly 4,000 agents and employees in nearly 130 offices throughout 10 states.
