Faris Lee announces Goodings Plaza sale

Faris Lee Investments negotiated the sale of Goodings Plaza, an 82,026-square-foot retail center in Orlando, Fla.

The value of the transaction was $22 million.

Built in 1992, Goodings Plaza is located on an 11.7-acre parcel located at 8201–8291 International Drive.

Among the tenants at the time of sale were Gooding’s Supermarket, Charley’s Steak House, The Crab House, and Ripley’s Believe it or Not!

BP-RP Universal LLP, an affiliate of Los Angeles-based RP Properties, sold the property to Orlando-based Unicorp.

“We sold the three-parcel property to one buyer, a local developer, who owned land adjacent to Goodings Plaza and was attracted to the prospect of future redevelopment potential,” said Richard Walter, president of Faris Lee Investments.
