MLSs offer wireless access to property information

Most Home Real Estate Services Inc. today announced that it will provide wireless multiple listing service access to about 18,000 real estate professionals in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The company, a subsidiary of Most Home Corp., is offering its Wireless Realty service through East Bay Regional Data Inc., Bay East Association of Realtors and the Contra Costa Association of Realtors.

Wireless Realty, offered in the United States and Canada, allows wireless devices such as the Palm TREO, BlackBerry and Windows Mobile handhelds to access MLS-based home-listing information wherever cellular coverage is available.

“Wireless Realty enables real estate agents to be responsive to growing consumer demand for instant, relevant property information,” according to the company announcement.

Under the agreement with Most Home, the three Bay Area real estate organizations will provide a total of about 18,000 members with instant wireless access to listing information, reports, agent and office roster information, and the ability to e-mail listing reports to prospects and clients. The service is scheduled for launch in mid-November, Most Home announced.

Most Home Real Estate Services Inc. provides services such as online lead response and customer experience management to the real estate industry. The company provides wireless MLS services to industry MLS vendors such as Tarasoft Corp. and First American MLS Solutions.
