DataQuick launches foreclosure list

DataQuick, a real estate information and technology company, this week announced the release of information about foreclosure properties within its lead-generation product.

The new information allows users of the company’s ProspectFinder tool to identify properties in active foreclosure, the company reported.

“With a nationwide surge in mortgage foreclosures, this list complements the marketing efforts of users in search of quality leads,” the company announced.

The foreclosure list is intended for investors, real estate professionals and mortgage brokers, and includes properties in various stages of foreclosure, including notice of default, and notice of trustee sale records and other information.

ProspectFinder users can search for properties in active foreclosure status by geography, date, minimum bid and delinquent amount, among a list of property characteristics.

Kristen Panebianco, product manager for ProspectFinder, said in a statement, “This … list delivers all the loan and property details required to make critical business decisions.” The product can be used in conjunction with other company tools to obtain sales comps, for example, or generate estimated market values.

Users can also create custom e-mail marketing campaigns by downloading property records and foreclosure information, the company noted.

DataQuick draws information from a real estate data repository that has information on about 87 million properties across the country. The company’s clients include Realtors, title insurers, mortgage lenders, investigators, appraisers and insurance providers.
