Voit Commercial Brokerage negotiated the sale of the Crossroads Anaheim, a two-building, 276,825-square-foot manufacturing and distribution campus in Anaheim, Calif.
Voit said this transaction was the largest vacant industrial sale closed in Orange County in 2006, with industry sources citing the deal at approximately $29 million.
Crossroads Anaheim is situated on 11.7 acres and located at 1650 North Kraemer Blvd. The property is comprised of a 122,600-square-foot distribution building and a 154,225-square-foot manufacturing corporate headquarters building.
Hart Realty Advisors sold the property to BPG Properties Ltd.
