Voit Commercial Brokerage recently closed three transactions involving 77,151 square feet of retail and industrial space in Los Angeles, the company reported Thursday.
The total value of the transactions was $10.1 million.
In the first deal, Hugh and Barbara Smith acquired a 12,000-square-foot retail property in West Los Angeles for $6 million. Westgate Center LLC was the seller.
In the second deal, Watkins and Shepard Trucking Inc. sold a 7,005-square-foot industrial building situated on 1.8 acres for $2.5 million. The property, located at 14683 Industry Circle in La Mirada, Calif., was sold as a leased investment to the Dominick and Barbara Chila Trust.
In the final transaction, Felix Lighting Corp. signed a five-year lease on a 58,146-square-foot industrial building, also located in La Mirada, for $1.6 million. The property, located at 17120 Valley View Ave., is owned by Achuck Family Partnership.
