Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of the 95,421-square-foot Driftwood Village Shopping Center in Ontario, Calif., for approximately $20.5 million.
The sales price represents a price of $241 a square foot.
Neither the seller’s nor the buyer’s identity was disclosed.
Located at 2238-2252 South Euclid Ave., Driftwood Village Shopping Center is a grocery- and drug-anchored retail center situated on eight acres. Built in 1982, the four-building property was fully occupied at the time of sale by tenants that included Food 4 Less, CVS/Sav-On, Starbuck’s, Jack in the Box, Quizno’s, Verizon Wireless and Postal Annex.
