$27 million Seattle project sells

Broadreach Capital Partners has acquired Riverview Plaza, a 171,000-square-foot office project in Seattle, for $27.6 million.

RREEF sold the property, which comprises three two-story buildings in the city’s Southend submarket.

According to a press statement, Broadreach is planning “a cosmetic upgrade of the common areas.”

Riverview Plaza is Broadreach’s second office acquisition in the Seattle area in the past six months. The firm recently purchased a property located at 1915 Terry Ave. downtown and structured a long-term lease with Children’s Hospital for the entire project.
