Energy company commits to Denver

Noble Energy Production Inc. has renewed and expanded its office lease to 109,113 square feet at Denver’s World Trade Center for an undisclosed price.

The space, built in 1980 and owned by Transwestern Broadreach WTC, is located within a class A building located at 1625 and 1675 Broadway. The 393,742-square-foot asset was the recipient of the 2001 BOMA Building of the Year Award, according to a press statement.
