Las Vegas’ Emerald Bay changes hands

The Emerald Bay apartment complex in Las Vegas has been sold for $32.1 million.

Emerald Bay Apartments Las Vegas LLC sold the property, located at 4701 E. Sahara Ave., to an unidentified buyer.

The 319,215-square-foot complex sits on more than 14 acres and includes 37 buildings with four different floor plans. There are 112 one-bedroom, one-bath units with 742 square feet; 96 two-bedroom, one-bath units with 1,014 square feet; 128 two-bedroom, two-bath units with 1,075 square feet; and one two-bedroom, two-bath corporate unit with 1,167 square feet. Interior amenities include full-size washers and dryers, high-speed Internet, private patios and balconies with storage closets, and central heating and air conditioning. Many units offer additional features such as fireplaces and walk-in closets.

The complex also features two swimming pools, a heated spa, fitness center, basketball court, newly renovated clubhouse, and barbecue and picnic areas. Emerald Bay’s entrances are gated, and the property has over 700 parking spaces, with half of these as carports.
