STAG Capital Partners recently acquired 879,514 square feet of warehouse and office space in O’Hara Township, Pa., for an undisclosed amount.
The subject property, located on 33 acres, consists of 821,030 square feet of warehouse space and 58,484 square feet of two-story, fully air-conditioned office space. The property was leased to two tenants, Genco and American Beverage Corp., at the time of purchase.
Industrial Realty Group sold the property.
