National developer picks up three Atlanta properties

National real estate developer The RADCO Companies has purchased three apartment developments in Atlanta for a total of $19.15 million.

RADCO said in a press release that its RADCO Development Solutions has partnered with BCOM Real Estate Fund LLC and plans to rehabilitate the properties into “thriving developments.”

The sale closed on June 18. The seller was Tarpon Development LLC.

The apartment portfolio includes Sierra Place, a 130-unit apartment development located at 64 Northwood Drive in Atlanta; Briar Creek Apartments, a 160-unit apartment complex located at 893 Briar Creek Court in Conyers, Ga.; and Ashford Place, a 112-unit asset located at 657 Carver Road in Griffin, Ga.
