S.F. Bay Area warehouse space fills up

NAI BT Commercial recently brokered the leases of three industrial tenants in the San Francisco Bay Area in transactions that totaled 312,022 square feet.

In the first deal, Trans Bay Steel Corp. signed a lease for a 140,184-square-foot industrial building in Fairfield, to which it will relocate from its facility in Napa. The Fairfield property, located at 2400 Cordelia Road, sits on 9.8 gross acres and is owned by Adobe Lumber Inc.

In the other two lease deals, which are both located at Hayward Gateway Center in Hayward, Sealed Air Corp. renewed its 118,050-square-foot space located at 3433-3481 Arden Road (Building F), and Pacific Die Cut Industries inked a blend-and-extend deal totaling 53,788 square feet at 3391-3399 Arden Road (Building D). Pacific Die has been a tenant at the project since 1999.

The value of the transactions was not disclosed.
