Inland Western Retail Real Estate Trust Inc. recently paid almost $31 million for a newly built retail center in Bangor, Maine.
The property, sold by an unidentified developer, comprises 232,273 square feet and was occupied at the time of sale by tenants that included Kohl’s, Old Navy, and Linens ‘N Things.
The sale occurred in several phases, with the final phase completed on Sept. 16, according to a press statement released today.
