Adify, Metro Poly, Dole fill up Bay Area space

NAI BT Commercial recently brokered the leasing of 180,764 square feet of office and industrial space in three separate deals in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The total value of the transactions was not disclosed.

In the first deal, Adify, a company involved with vertical online advertising, signed a lease for 28,537 square feet in San Bruno. The space is located at 1000 Cherry Ave. at the Bayhill II office project. Adify, which occupied the entire second floor of the building in February 2008, was subleasing the space from The GAP.

In the second transaction, Metro Poly Corporation and Uni Poly, Inc., which manufacture plastics, foil and coated paper bags, renewed and expanded their lease of three industrial units in San Leandro. The space, which totals 72,727 square feet, is located at the Williams Street Industrial Park and is owned by Broadreach Capital Partners.

In the final deal, Dole Fresh Vegetables Inc. leased 79,500 square feet of warehouse space in Castroville and occupies the entire building at 11296 Blackie Road. The property is owned by D’Arrio Bros Co.
