Weichert sends listings to Homes.com

Weichert, Realtors, a large brokerage company based in New Jersey, seeks to boost national online exposure for property listings through a new partnership with real estate portal Homes.com.

Under the agreement, Weichert, a privately held real estate company, will send some 40,000 property listings for display at Homes.com.

"This agreement provides greater exposure for Weichert listings and increases lead generation for Weichert sales associates and brokers," said Mike Montsko, president of Weichert Lead Network.

"With the large majority of buyers using the Internet for their home search, it is critical to have a strong Web presence. Working with Homes.com to reach the millions of buyers that visit their site each month will enhance the national exposure of Weichert listings online."

Weichert has nearly 18,000 sales associates in more than 500 company-owned and franchised sales offices in key markets throughout the U.S.

The agreement adds more listings for Homes.com, a national real estate portal owned by Dominion Enterprises. Homes.com claims 4 million home buyers visit the Web site each month to search more than 1.6 million property listings for sale.

Homes.com also provides additional marketing services for real estate companies, including Web site development, brand advertising, search-engine marketing and lead-generation services.

The company recently joined with Harmon Homes to distribute more than 2.4 million real estate related publications every month in more than 130 markets.

Norfolk, Va.-based Dominion Enterprises also owns eNeighborhoods, Advanced Access, eProspecting, Agent Advantage and Number1Expert.
