Four properties valued at approximately $6 million have sold at the newly completed Bollinger Office Park in Newbury Park, Calif., brokerage Lee & Associates announced.
Two buildings, 3311 Old Conejo Road and 3307 Old Conejo Road, totaling approximately 3,387 square feet, were sold to Dr. Gary Zerlin. Dr. Zerlin, who operates an Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) practice in Bakersfield, plans to open his second practice location in Bollinger Office Park.
Another two buildings, 3327 Old Conejo Road and 3331 Old Conejo Road, totaling approximately 12,894 square feet, were sold to the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the Conejo Valley, which plans to use the buildings for its sanctuary and for classroom, meeting and office space.
The property’s developer, Telair-Wendy Road LLC, sold the properties.
The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, a 45-year-old institution that has used a local senior center as its base of operations until now, will make its first home at the office park.
Bollinger Office Park, a 135,000-square-foot complex located at the Wendy Drive exit of the Ventura Freeway, features 31 freestanding class A buildings in sizes ranging from 1,678 square feet to 15,000 square feet and includes two office condominium buildings totaling 14,941 square feet. Construction finished on the project this year.
