RexCorp Realty LLC today announced it inked 86,215 square feet in new, renewed or expanded leases in its Long Island, N.Y., portfolio over the first quarter of 2008.
The total value of the transactions was not disclosed.
Among the leasing highlights, Loan America, a national mortgage lender, signed at 520 Broadhollow Road in Melville for 57,633 square feet, and Signature Bank, a commercial bank servicing clients throughout the New York metropolitan area, relocated within RexCorp Executive Park, from 58 South Service Road to 68 South Service Road, expanding to 17,584 square feet.
With the Signature Bank transaction, the RexCorp Executive Park is now 100 percent occupied by 12 blue-chip tenants at 58 South Service Road and nine tenants at 68 South Service Road, according to RexCorp EVP Kenneth Bauer.
