RealtyTrac partners with Coldwell, Bid4Homes

Orange County Coldwell Banker agents get RealtyTrac access
Agents with Coldwell Banker Platinum Properties and their clients will have real-time access to RealtyTrac’s foreclosure database, including properties in default, scheduled for auction, or real estate-owned, RealtyTrac said. Irvine, Calif.-based Coldwell Banker Platinum Properties employs more than 70 agents, according to the company’s Web site.

RealtyTrac said that more than 1.3 million unique properties were subjected to some foreclosure-related filing in 2007, a 75 percent increase from 2006.

RealtyTrac also recently entered into a new partnership with Bid4Homes, an online auction site specializing in distressed property, which enables RealtyTrac users to research and bid on auctions nationwide. Real estate brokers, agents, REO asset managers and private sellers may list homes for auction on RealtyTrac using Bid4Homes’ Web-based applications and deposit system.

CentRealTech offers access to title plants
CentRealTech Inc. says it can now offer clients access to property indexed title plants, documents, maps and tax information for more than 150 recording centers across the nation, allowing the company to offer its "One Click" System to title companies that don’t have their own access.

CentRealTech claims its "One Click" System automatically assembles indices, defined documents, maps, and tax information in less than two minutes. It can also generate a preliminary report, commitment, guarantee or customized document that’s 90 percent complete that can be finished in a few minutes by the customer.

Clients can use the One Click system in conjunction with their title plant access or rely solely on CentRealTech’s access. "We can empower title companies without access to these resources to effectively rival any competitor," said CentRealTech President Robert Matanane.
