She answered a set of questions posed by Inman News:

What do you see happening in the real estate market in 2008?

I see a new group of agents, brokers and consumers emerging who will define the next generation of real estate business culture regardless of the relative state of the market.

What advice do you have to help real estate agents and brokers get through this market?

What was your first job?

I scooped ice cream at the local shop during high school.

My past real estate technology experience taught me that the integration of a product or service with existing tools and business practice is a cornerstone of progress in real estate technology. I’ve long known that Threewide Corp. was the expert in the area of real estate data and integration. That, combined with the timeliness of the ListHub opportunity and the enthusiasm and ethics of the Threewide team, presented an opportunity that was truly my dream job.

What’s been your biggest business challenge?

Educating brokers and agents about the importance of understanding and controlling the Internet marketing of one of their greatest assets (as opposed to selling features and benefits).

If you had one thing to do over again in your life, what would it be?

I would have recognized my passion for business much sooner.

What style of home do you live in and when did you buy it?

Colonial condo — moved in 2006.

What worries keep you awake at night?

Cares for my family and friends’ personal well-being.

What lesson did you learn in the last year?

Things that might seem self-evident still need to be stated.

What would your second career choice be?

Artist-singer

What kind of music do you listen to?

Rock, folk, pop, R&B, Motown, singer-songwriter, alt-country, alt-punk, many female vocalists, and more.

Who is your hero?

Whoever inspires me today and my mother.
