NEW YORK — The Village Voice doesn’t agree with the Post’s selections for the city’s tiniest apartments. Instead, the Voice nominates 81 Bowery, a "lodging house" where Chinese immigrants live in 64-square-foot cubicles with no ceilings (and sometimes more than one person per cubicle) for $150/month.
But if illegally subdivided apartments count, where will it end?
