Estately Inc., a referral-based real estate brokerage based in Seattle, has expanded to the Washington, D.C., and Baltimore areas, the company announced Tuesday.
The expansion adds property listings from the nation’s capital and three states: Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia. The company also operates in California, Oregon, Washington, New York, Illinois and Georgia.
The new markets add more than 60,000 home and condo listings to its Web site, bringing the total to more than 500,000.
The company also rolled out updates to its site: a redesigned Google Maps integration, 50 percent faster page load times, new navigation on its home page, auto-suggestions in its search box, and the option to search for price drops within a given time period.
The company announced profitability in third-quarter 2009.
