A new president and chief operating officer has been named to lead Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC’s operations worldwide, the company announced Tuesday. Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC is a part of Realogy Corp.

Brand veteran Budge Huskey will be leaving his position as executive vice president of NRT’s Coldwell Banker Southeastern region to take up his new position managing operations for the brand’s 3,600 franchisees and more than 98,000 agents around the globe.

The chief operating officer position was previously left vacant by Rick Davidson in February, when Realogy transferred Davidson to head Century 21 Real Estate.

Huskey will be filling the positions in mid-July and will report to Coldwell Banker Real Estate’s CEO, Jim Gillespie, who has also been serving as company president.

"Budge has a proven track record of success at every level throughout his 26-year real estate career, which includes 12 years with the Coldwell Banker brand. I am confident that he is going to make our company even stronger than it is today," Gillespie said in a statement.
