Outsource your social media marketing

Real estate information publisher Network Communications Inc. (NCI) has launched BrokerSherpa as a "full-service" social media program for those real estate professionals who would rather outsource their social media marketing.

For a monthly subscription of $395, BrokerSherpa creates and maintains custom, branded blogs and social network identities on Twitter and Facebook for individual agent subscribers, and provides hyperlocal content regularly to each outlet. The cost and services can vary for brokers that seek to enroll multiple agents, according to the company.

The service also includes monthly analytics reports of traffic and leads, search engine optimization for blogs, and ongoing social media training.

"Real estate professionals understand the importance of social media as a useful, and necessary, marketing tool, but often don’t have the expertise or resources to leverage it," said Scott Dixon, president of NCI’s real estate division, in a statement.

"With BrokerSherpa, we serve as their social marketing team to save them time and deliver measurable results. It’s simply an extension of an agent or brokers’ Internet marketing activity that radically increases their footprint and ability to be found on the Web."
