MLSListings launches branded IDX sites

Sunnyvale, Calif.-based MLSListings Inc. is now offering branded Internet Data Exchange websites, the multiple listing service announced this week.

The websites will allow consumers to see all MLSL listings, supplied by members of eight Realtor associations in Northern California. The MLS has 18,000 subscribers.

The websites include an interactive map search, "hot sheets" detailing new or recent listing activity, a consumer property organizer, lead capture, client management tools, an integrated WordPress blog, analytics reports and mobile optimization, among other features.

"An individual site can be built and launched with live data in 10 minutes, eliminating the frustration, paperwork and delays" that can sometimes be associated with website development, the MLS said.

Online property search technology firm iHomefinder powers the websites. There are four types of sites available and prices vary according to site type.
