"OPENLink was developed in direct response to feedback from our sales associates, and we know this will have a positive impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our offices," said Michael Koval, chief information officer for The Long & Foster Cos., in a statement.

Long & Foster Real Estate has about 12,000 agents in seven Mid-Atlantic states and Washington, D.C.
