RPR offers Broker Tool Sets

Weichert Realtors is providing its agents with access the Realtors Property Resource database through a Weichert-branded interface — a capability RPR now offers at no cost to any broker in its coverage area, the companies said.

RPR says its "Broker Tool Sets" provide back-office infrastructure with management functions that include company branding and support for affiliated services such as mortgage, title insurance and home warranties.

Participating brokerages can also use the tools to generate charts that can be used on brokers’ websites or marketing materials. A separate data tool generates reports that provide insight into market share, trends and forecasting across multiple listing services.

A subsidiary of the National Association of Realtors, RPR has partnered with more than 300 MLSs that provide active and historical listing data in return for member access to RPR’s database of assessor and recorder data, mortgages, foreclosures and preforeclosures, demographics, and geographic information.

Any Realtor whose MLS is live on RPR can access the database by entering a NAR "NRDS" (National Realtor Database System) ID number and an MLS ID.

Weichert branding was integrated into RPR’s Broker Tool Sets in conjunction with RPR’s launch of services to 42,000 Realtors with Metropolitan Regional Information System (MRIS) in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and parts of Pennsylvania, Delaware and West Virginia.

Weichert has 56 sales offices in the MRIS market area, and 49 other Weichert offices can access the RPR database through MLSs in New Jersey and New York. Another 88 Weichert offices will gain access to RPR after pending MLS launches in surrounding areas.
