Open Home Pro, a nominee for a 2011 Inman News Most Innovative Mobile App award, has announced version 3.0 of its free iPad app, which helps real estate agents manage the status of their listings and communicate with potential buyers automatically. The new version will be available for download at Apple’s App Store as soon as today.
The overhaul includes a gallery mode that allows for full-screen viewing of a listing’s images. Also, users can now add as many photos as they wish; the previous versions had a photo limit.
The new version also simplifies the process by which users can modify, keep track of, and contact leads associated with various properties. The app made its debut in September 2010. Katie Lance, Inman News social media director, named Open Home Pro among the top five iPad apps for real estate agents in an April 2011 post at InmanNext.
Open Home Pro has 15,000 registered users, according to company founder Andrew Machado.
