Northeast real estate brokerage rolls out online marketing system

Devon, Pa.-based Prudential Fox & Roach, Realtors has launched a digital marketing system it hopes will increase online visibility for its real estate listings.

The system includes the following features, according to the company:

  • Homebuyers with smartphones will be able to learn more about a specific listing, see nearby homes for sale, and contact the listing agent by texting a specific number found on the listing’s signage.
  • Syndication to major real estate listings sites and enhanced display on Realtor.com, Trulia, Yahoo, and Zillow.
  • A dedicated website.
  • A 60-second video home tour uploaded to YouTube.
  • A continuous listing on Craigslist.

"The new marketing system is a part of (a) larger strategy to meet the growing demand for online presence and accessibility of home listings," the brokerage said in an announcement.

Prudential Fox & Roach is the fifth-largest brokerage in the country by 2010 sales volume, according to Real Trends. The brokerage has more than 55 offices and 3,700 sales associates.
