Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate grows in Arizona

Move Time Realty LLC has affiliated with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC and acquired the franchise brand’s existing Scottsdale, Ariz., brokerage, Phoenician Fine Properties Inc., which has operated as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Phoenician Properties.

The combined company of more than 40 agents and brokers will be led by broker-owner Susan Paul and partner Matt Hage, serving Maricopa and Pinal counties as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Move Time Realty.

After founding Move Time Realty in 2007, Paul and her team weathered the downturn by shifting focus from new-home sales to selling real estate owned (REO) and distressed properties, the companies said.

"Susan and her team have shown continued resilience and success even during challenging market conditions," said Sherry Chris, president and CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC, in a statement. "Maricopa and Pinal counties represent promising real estate markets, and as consumer confidence is reaching higher levels I look forward to seeing the team at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Move Time Realty continue to flourish."

Paul called Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate a "franchise unique to any other in the industry," with a management team "that supports our long-term goals and mirrors our belief that innovation is a path to growth."

A subsidiary of Realogy Corp., the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate network includes approximately 7,000 sales associates and more than 200 offices serving homebuyers and sellers in Canada and 24 U.S. states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia and Washington.
