Imprev to power MRIS marketing center

The biggest multiple listing service on the East Coast — Rockville, Md.-based Metropolitan Regional Information Systems (MRIS) — has selected Imprev Inc. to power a new integrated marketing center for its nearly 45,000 members.

MRIS’ "My Marketing Center" will provide an integrated suite of digital and print marketing products and tools, including fliers, e-fliers, postcards, e-postcards and virtual tours. The MLS’s members will have the ability to pull listing data and photos into the system to create marketing materials without re-entering data or uploading images. Links to virtual tours may be posted to Realtor.com or agent websites, and e-fliers with the broker’s template and branding can be posted on Facebook or sent out on Twitter.

"My Marketing Center will be the fastest way to reach homebuyers and sellers with real-time, in-depth marketing information instantly," said John L. Heithaus, MRIS chief marketing officer, in a statement.

A "premium suite" of marketing products and tools will made available to MRIS member agents and brokers who wish to pay for them. Premium marketing products are expected to include premium Craigslist display ads, electronic greeting cards, brochures, digital brochures, newsletters and e-newsletters.

Headquartered in Bellevue, Wash., Imprev claims to be the leading provider of private-label marketing and design centers for real estate brokerage firms. Established in 2000, the company has grown during the housing downturn, from a customer base of 50,000 agents and brokers in 2006 to more than 200,000 agents today.

Last year, Imprev signed long-term contracts with real estate franchisors RE/MAX International and Brookfield’s Royal LePage Real Estate Services to deliver more products and services. Imprev developed the first "listings presentation" iPad app, the "RE/MAX Presenter."
