CRM for the ‘nontechnical’ real estate pro

Real estate software company RealOrganized Inc. has updated its cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) system, including adding dozens of prospecting letters tailored to different types of properties.

The system, RealtyJuggler, costs $99 per year. It allows real estate professionals to track prospects, clients, listings, showings, offers, open houses, promotions and closings, as well as upload and track documents, import leads from lead services, market to prospects through printed letters and emails, and provide listing feedback. The system allows for multiple users.

With this upgrade, RealOrganized announced the addition of more than 75 new prospecting letter templates to RealtyJuggler, including templates for short sales, renters, real estate investors, and those purchasing a second home.

The company has also improved its synchronization of user contacts and calendars with Google, including synchronization speed and compatibility with the Internet Explorer Web browser, and has added the option to synchronize automatically.

The company has also made changes specifically requested by existing customers, including the ability to track unpaid expenses, print mailing labels from a task, and merge duplicate contacts and prospects more easily.

"Our primary focus is providing a simple, economical real estate software organizer," said Scott Schmitz, president and CEO of RealOrganized, in a statement.

"While other companies focus on complicated products that cost much more, RealtyJuggler provides a simple solution for the nontechnical real estate professional."

RealOrganized offers a 90-day free trial of RealtyJuggler with no credit card required.
