Sandicor helping agents go paperless

San Diego-area multiple listing service Sandicor Inc. is the latest MLS to offer its members access to a tool that will allow them to transfer data directly from the MLS database into transaction forms.

ZipFormMLS-Connect is a feature available only to users of zipForm, electronic forms software from real estate technology company zipLogix and a free member benefit to members of the California Association of Realtors. Founded in 1991, zipLogix is a joint venture between the National Association of Realtors and CAR subsidiary Real Estate Business Services Inc. (REBS).

Sandicor’s 15,900 members will now be able to subscribe to zipFormMLS-Connect on an individual basis for $19.95 per year.

"This feature assists agents in accurately adding information to their transactions and eliminates such tedious tasks as retyping data from print-outs of a listing or having to log in to an MLS service to access the information first before creating a transaction," REBS said in an announcement.

Three San Diego County Realtor associations own Sandicor: the recently merged East San Diego County & Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors, the North San Diego County Association of Realtors, and the San Diego Association of Realtors.

In the past couple of months, at least 13 associations in three states have signed up with zipLogix, which integrated the e-signature platform DocuSign into its system in early August. The latest MLS to sign up for zipFormMLS-Connect was Sandicor’s neighbor to the north, Central Coast Regional MLS (CCRMLS), which has about 2,100 members.
