Coldwell Banker Prime Properties partners with Trulia

More than 450 agents with upstate New York-based Coldwell Banker Prime Properties will get optimized lead forms and prominent placement for their listings on Trulia under an agreement the companies announced today.

Based in Green Island, N.Y., Coldwell Banker Prime Properties serves communities including Albany and Syracuse from 15 offices that had sales of more than $960 million last year.

“Trulia is an important marketplace for homes, and Coldwell Banker Prime Properties wants to ensure that our agents and their customers have every advantage when conducting business within that marketplace,” said Seth DiSarro, Coldwell Banker Prime Properties’ marketing director, in a statement.

Alon Chaver, Trulia’s vice president of industry services, said the listing portal is “committed to making the home buying and selling process easier, and improving the home search process on web and mobile is only half the equation.

“To complete the process, we need to connect the millions of consumers who visit Trulia each month with real estate professionals who will give them the best service, and through partnerships like this, we can work with the industry to better achieve that goal.”
