Jill Hertzberg and Jill Eber — the Coldwell Banker Previews International real estate team known as “The Jills” — have landed another high profile listing: actor Matt Damon’s 12,700-square-foot mansion in Miami Beach, listed at $20 million.
The South Florida luxury real estate team’s listings also include the former Versace mansion, Casa Casuarina (on the market for $100 million) and Kourtney and Kim Kardashian’s Miami estate (asking price $14.5 million).
They’re marketing Damon’s mansion — situated on a double lot on Biscayne Bay — as “Your own private retreat in the heart of Miami Beach” boasting “breathtaking, unobstructed views” of the Bay and beyond. The pool house boasts a full kitchen and rooftop terrace, and the two-story main house is equipped with a wine cellar, oversized living room overlooking the water — and, of course, a theater room.
