‘Zillow Pro for Brokers’ program membership grows to 66

San Francisco Bay Area-based broker Intero Real Estate Services and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers in Atlanta are among a new crop of 17 brokerages now supplying direct listing feeds to Zillow in exchange for enhanced visibility on the portal.

Under the Zillow Pro for Brokers program — which now includes 66 brokerages — data feeds provided by brokers via their multiple listing service will take priority over all other data sources the portal uses.

In return for the direct listing feed, broker-affiliated listing agents receive more prominent placement of their listings on Zillow and gain access, along with the brokers, to Zillow’s contact management system.

The program launched last July with 15 brokerages, including Long & Foster Companies Inc. and Alain Pinel Realtors, the third- and fifth-largest brokerages in the U.S. in 2011, respectively, according to Real Trends, and expanded with the announcement of 33 new brokerages joining the program in November.

The 17 new additions to the program are:

  • Ann Imes & Associates (Georgia)
  • Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers (Georgia)
  • Carpenter Realtors (Indiana)
  • Coldwell Banker Legacy (New Mexico)
  • Coldwell Banker Select (Oklahoma)
  • Dean & Leininger (Montana)
  • Hasson Company Realtors (Oregon)
  • Intero Real Estate Services (California)
  • Midwest Properties of Michigan (Michigan)
  • Montana Brokers Inc. (Montana)
  • National Parks Realty (Montana)
  • Prudential California Realty (Central Valley and North Bay, Calif.)
  • Re/Max Realty Center (Maryland)
  • Re/Max Trinity (Texas)
  • Real Estate eBroker Inc. (California)
  • Real Living Property For You (Arizona)
  • Trails West Real Estate (Montana)

Zillow’s third-party listing portal counterpart Trulia launched a similar broker program last July.
