Royal LePage adopts Imprev’s new marketing platform

Editor’s note: A previous version of this story incorrectly referred to Royal LePage Real Estate Services as a brokerage. Royal LePage is a provider of services to real estate brokerages.

More than 14,500 agents at brokerages affiliated with Canada’s largest real estate franchisor, Ontario-based Royal LePage Real Estate Services, will have a new mobile, bilingual marketing platform this summer to showcase properties and facilitate listing presentations on the go.

The new cloud-based platform, powered by real estate marketing firm Imprev Inc., is fully mobile and has both French and English user-interfaces. It’s designed to allow agents to develop marketing items like online slide shows, greeting cards and single-property websites in both languages right in front of potential clients.

Available for both Android and iPad tablets, Imprev’s marketing platform “creates a ‘wow’ factor that will help our agents win the battle for a client’s listing and loyalty,” said Phil Soper, president and CEO of Royal LePage in a statement. Royal LePage agents will have access to the new tool sometime this summer.

In March, franchisor Re/Max was the first firm to sign up for the new mobile marketing tool featuring hundreds of marketing designs and pieces, including Web commercials, postcards, e-newsletters, slideshows and more, from the Bellevue, Wash.-based company.

In November, Imprev introduced a single-property website tool that features a mobile-friendly responsive design that automatically resizes to fit the screen of the device displaying the site.

Royal LePage, a franchise brand run by Toronto-based Brookfield Real Estate Services Inc., has 600 offices and more than 14,500 agents across Canada.

In December, Brookfield underwent a reorganization, which made Soper the managing partner of its franchise brands: Royal LePage, Prudential Real Estate and Via Capitale.
