“Photo-centric,” visual home search portal Homespin.com has launched what the company describes as a referral network that generates “one-click endorsements” from social network connections.

Home Zoo LLC, the Austin, Texas-based brokerage that operates Homespin.com, also said it’s expanding into two new markets: Dallas-Fort Worth and San Antonio.

After launching in beta test mode in April, co-founders Jude Galligan and Chris Chilek described the site’s approach to home search to austinbusinessmag.com as “psychographic matching,” analyzing user preferences to serve up results based on home style, room type and feedback.

Search results are displayed as “a cascading stream of images all focused on presenting the home in a way that’s easily digestible,” austinbusinessmag.com reported.

In a recent blog post, Chilek described the new “one-click endorsements” allowing agent’s clients and connections to recommend trusted agents.
