Drone tours vs. open-house office parties

1. Wydler Brothers, a Washington, D.C.-area broker, piloted a drone over the Bethesda, Md., neighborhood of Westmoreland Hills to capture aerial footage of the area, and then used it to produce a comprehensive video tour of the neighborhood.

2. Katherine Dobbins said Tampa Bay, Fla.-based Smith and Associates Real Estate threw an “open-house party” at its St. Petersburg office. The result? “Passersby became future clients,” she tweeted.
