NEW YORK — Robin Kencel, an agent with Houlihan Lawrence in Greenwich, Conn., encountered a lot of new digital tools at her first Connect experience during Real Estate Connect New York City.
But the new tools — and the ideas swirling about the conference about how to use them — got Kencel thinking that she needed to streamline her existing digital life before adding to it.
That will be one of her first orders of business in 2014: finding someone to help her conduct a digital audit, she said.
Specifically, Kencel said she wants to grow her online presence in an efficient manner while attracting more readers to her blog and capturing more business from her Facebook page and the design platform Houzz, where she is a contributor.
