Transaction management platform Instanet Solutions Inc. is now licensing real estate forms from Jacksonville, Fla.-based Northeast Florida Association of Realtors and its multiple listing service, Northeast Florida MLS.

NEFAR’s more than 5,000 members will now be able to access the association’s forms within the cloud-based Instanet Solutions platform, and use the firm’s form management tool TransactionDesk when they purchase the service.

Members also have the ability to store documents in Instanet Solutions’ cloud environment and sign them using Instanet’s proprietary Authentisign e-signature technology.

“As Instanet continues to grow in Florida, we are very excited to be back working with NEFAR and NEFMLS to provide the only paperless solution that includes everything needed to facilitate the entire transaction without having to upgrade, add on or integrate with ‘other services,’ ” said Martin Scrocchi, Instanet Solution’s president and CEO, in a statement.

For approximately five years — from late 2005 through 2010 — Florida’s statewide Realtor association, Florida Realtors, provided Instanet Solutions’ TransactionDesk to its members as a benefit. NEFAR, which maintains its own real estate forms, also licensed its forms to Instanet Solutions for that period, said Ron Stephan, NEFMLS’ CEO.

But that partnership lapsed at the end of 2010 when Florida Realtors developed its own Web-based forms application tool, Form Simplicity, Stephan said.

Instanet Solutions began providing forms and form management to Kirkland, Wash.-based Northwest Multiple Listing Service‘s 21,000 subscribers last July and signed an agreement in early 2013 to begin powering e-signatures for the more than 100,000 members of the Canadian Real Estate Association on their online forms.

Instanet Solutions competitor dotloop announced today that it gained access to the Arizona Association of Realtors’ real estate forms after working with the association for 16 months to develop security and accuracy safeguards in its platform.

Instanet Solutions claims about 400,000 licensed, paid user accounts of their real estate products, which include InstanetForms, TransactionDesk, DocBox, DocBox2Go, InstanetFax and Authentisign.
