Listing syndicator ListHub says it’s signed a new agreement with ListGlobally that will give U.S. agents and brokers additional exposure for their listings on international listing portals.
ListGlobally claims to be the industry’s largest network of international property portals, with 60 real estate sites in more than 30 countries that reach more than 60 million potential buyers.
ListHub says adding the ListGlobally network to its current international offering, ListHub Global, is “a significant addition” in terms of both volume and geographic coverage.
Keller Williams is the first major franchise to sign up for the expanded ListHub Global offering.
Members of the Keller Williams Global Property Specialist network will now have their listings syndicated to an additional 80 top international portals, ListHub said in announcing the agreement.
