HomeActions revamps e-newsletter service

Real estate newsletter provider HomeActions has unveiled a new version of its email marketing and content management system that offers integration with popular market analytics services and an improved experience for consumers who read HomeActions newsletters on mobile devices, the company has announced.

“The new platform is more intuitive, making it easier for our clients to have mobile-friendly, actionable e-newsletters delivered to their clients and prospects,” says HomeActions CEO Barry Friedman. “It takes just a few clicks to insert links and local information or to change up your graphics. We’ve also upgraded the reporting system so users can see how clients respond to the e-newsletter.”

HomeActions says it sends more than 1.2 million branded newsletters on behalf of real estate agents every two weeks, delivering content and widgets tailored to engage all homeowners.

The revamped platform allows agents to add hyperlocal market data to newsletters from sources including Realtors Property Resource (RPR), CoreLogic and Market Leader. It also offers expanded content choices and a more intuitive dashboard that lets agents more efficiently configure and launch newsletters, according to HomeActions.
