Zillow is now receiving about 33,000 listings from brokerages affiliated with Re/Max Integra, owner of three of Re/Max’s U.S. master franchise regions, through Zillow’s Pro for Brokers program.

By participating in the program, Re/Max brokerages with 6,215 agents in 447 offices in eight U.S. states receive more prominent placement of their listings, better reporting, enhanced branding and access to Zillow’s contact follow-up system through the deal.

Participating brokerages’ agents are also prominently featured on each of their listings on the portal as part of the program, which Zillow launched nearly two years ago and which now includes more than 200 brokers across the U.S.

One of the selling points of the program for Re/Max Integra was that Zillow leads will integrate with the Re/Max lead-routing system LeadStreet, Sarah Westney, manager of technology development and education for the Re/Max Integra U.S. regions, told Inman News.

Re/Max agents in Re/Max Integra regions who currently advertise with Zillow will continue to have leads sent directly to them, a Re/Max Integra blog post pointed out.

Re/Max Integra owns three of Re/Max’s U.S. master franchise regions: Re/Max of New England, which handles Re/Max franchise sales in Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine; Re/Max of Indiana; and Re/Max North Central, which includes Wisconsin and Minnesota.

Zillow will receive listings from all Re/Max affiliates in each of those states except Maine, whose multiple listing service rules require a different syndication arrangement, Westney said.

Re/Max Integra, whose total Re/Max territory accounts for more than 28,000 Re/Max agents, also owns Re/Max franchise regions in Canada and Europe.
