Adapting to your clients’ needs means having the curiosity to try new things

With consumers playing a more active and engaged role in buying and selling homes, it’s more important than ever to know where your clients are getting their information and to be able to adapt to their needs, says Jessica Edwards, a Wilmington, North Carolina-based Realtor with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage.

“I think its about testing and trying new things, and some things may work and some things will not work,” Edwards says. “It’s about curiosity and having that curiosity to try new things and to learn new things, and to also not be afraid to say, ‘That doesn’t work for me.’ “
