Carrington Real Estate Services LLC, a brokerage with 1,300 agents in 22 states, is rolling out a digital marketing and customer relationship management platform powered by BoomTown.

BoomTown is providing brand, office and agent websites, CRM and lead generation marketing campaigns for Carrington Real Estate Services in the first phase of today’s rollout of a new “Carrington Digital Network.”

Phase two of the network’s rollout, scheduled for late summer, will provide more functions “including innovations that will help solve the inherent challenges of the fragmented MLS landscape, ensuring greater accuracies and comprehensive coverage around listings,” the companies said.

“Having a smart digital marketing strategy is crucial in today’s market, where being in front of real estate shoppers means being online,” said Wendy Forsythe, Carrington Real Estate Services’ executive vice president and head of global operations, in a statement.

As Carrington Real Estate Services’ “strategic partner,” BoomTown will provide tools to further the brokerage’s industry recruitment, retention and revenue efforts, BoomTown CEO Grier Allen said.

BoomTown began pulling in leads from Zillow as part of the portal’s “Tech Connect” program in February.

Carrington Real Estate Services, Carrington Holding Company LLC’s national real estate brokerage, announced in February that a distressed property network it launched in 2012, Carrington Property Network, had grown to include 48 brokerages and nearly 33,000 agents.
